Paul graduated from Dublin City University with a degree in Sport Science & Health before completing his Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy in Edinburgh, Scotland. With over a decade of clinical experience across Ireland and the UK, Paul has worked in public hospitals, private practice, multidisciplinary clinics, and professional sports environments, helping thousands of patients recover from pain and injury.

He is also highly experienced in the rehabilitation of shoulder injuries, sports injuries, and movement-related conditions.

Known for his approachable and supportive manner, Paul works closely with every patient to develop an individualised treatment plan tailored to their goals, lifestyle, and stage of recovery. His focus is always on helping patients regain confidence in their movement and achieve lasting results.
Committed to ongoing professional development, Paul regularly undertakes postgraduate training to ensure his patients receive the latest evidence-based treatments and rehabilitation strategies.
Outside of general physiotherapy practice, Paul has a special interest in golf performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. He holds a Level 2 Medical Certification from the Titleist Performance Institute, allowing him to help golfers improve mobility, optimise performance, and return to the course safely following injury.
