Therefore, we require that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a fee.

The fee for canceling or rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled session.
